14 MW of new generation came online in Delaware over the last 18 months; another 136 MW is in the EIA-860M pipeline (under construction or filed); 16 MW is on the books to retire over the next 36. Largest plant in the supply pipeline: Cedar Creek Solar (New Castle County) — 114 MW of solar, first online 2026-12. On the way out: Indian River Generating Station — 16 MW of oil, retiring 2026-06.
